Your primary responsibilities will include:* Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely resolution of order-related issues* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, marketplaces, and best practices to provide expert guidance to sellers and customersYour Career Growth and DevelopmentAt blithequark, we're committed to your growth and development. Here's a snapshot of your role expectations over the first 30, 90, and 180 days:*30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about blithequark's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.*60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.*90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
