Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we are now looking for a talented individual to join our ranks.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Operations Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring that we consistently meet our customers' needs. Your key responsibilities will include:*Assisting in the operation of the Operations Desk: You will play a critical role in serving as the primary liaison between pilots and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.*Data Input, Tracking, and Analysis: You will be responsible for inputting, tracking, and analyzing data related to reports received from pilots and customer interactions, providing valuable insights to inform our operations.*Customer Communication: You will directly communicate with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression for the company and ensuring that their needs are met.*Report Generation: You will generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections, providing a clear picture of our performance.*Data Analysis: You will solidify hard data from a number of vague clues, providing actionable insights to inform our operations.Additional ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be involved in the following:*Daily Flying Schedule Generation: You will assist in generating the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth.*Coordination with Maintenance: You will assist in coordinating with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.*Performance Expectations: You will communicate expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution.*General Projects: You will assist with general projects relating to the overall business as a critical member of our small management team.*Customer Onboarding: You will coordinate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:*Customer Service Orientation: A strong customer service orientation with an interest in operations.*Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.*Self-Motivation: Self-motivation, with the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.*Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as Google Earth.*Availability: Full weekend availability, with a 5-day work week.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:*Healthcare: Comprehensive healthcare coverage.*Sick Pay: Five days of sick pay per year.*Vacation Time: 20 paid vacation days per year.*Casual Dress Code: A relaxed dress code, with jeans and casual attire encouraged.Work EnvironmentOur operations take place during daytime hours, 365 days per year.
