You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using your expertise to create customized designs that meet their expectations. With a strong focus on customer service, you'll provide exceptional support throughout the design and installation process, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied and eager to return.Key Responsibilities* Provide superior customer service by designing kitchens using 20/20 software, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and engaging experience.* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using your expertise to create customized designs that meet their expectations.* Communicate project details, track orders, and follow up with customers to ensure that all order and project requirements are satisfactorily met.* Work with customers to create design and details, researching ideas based on customer plans, recommending products/services, and providing customers with project estimates consistently gaining customer commitment to close the sale.* Serve as the point of contact on all designs and/or installs within the department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers and Lowe's associates.* Monitor order status of products and special orders, communicating updates or issues with customers and Lowe's associates as needed.* Enter, process, and track customer orders and installations to manage customer follow-up and completion of order/project according to schedule.Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent* Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high volume retail, service support, or similar work environment* 2 years of previous Kitchen/Bath experience* 2 years of experience with CAD design or design using 20/20 software* Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, dividing, and knowledge of weights and measures* Understanding and respond appropriately to basic customer or employee inquiries* If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this positionPreferred Qualifications* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues* Proficiency in 20/20 software and other design tools* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyWhat We Offer* Competitive salary range: $15.60 - $26.01 per hour* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off* Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on customer service and sales excellence* A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration* The chance to work from home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal responsibilitiesHow to ApplyIf you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for kitchen design, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
