As a CDL Local Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for transporting and replenishing the shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities• Check accuracy and stability of the load to ensure safe transportation and delivery of products.• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards to ensure maximum visibility and sales.• Communicate effectively with other company employees, customers, and shoppers to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.• Pick up company property and secure company assets to maintain a safe and secure work environment.• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:• A valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old.• A clean driving record with no major infractions or accidents.• Physical qualification to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.• Able to successfully complete a driver's road test and certification or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations.• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.• Minimum 1-year of general work experience.• Ability to work with minimal supervision.Preferred ExperienceWhile not required, the following experience is preferred:• Local delivery experience and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience.• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program.• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience is a plus.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:• A salary of up to $29.43 per hour based on experience.• Additional local incentives, such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses, and more.Work Environment and Company CultureWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
