You'll be responsible for leading category reviews, developing recommendations to drive growth for Mutti customers, and supporting the sales teams to deliver the category story and unlock growth across a demanding customer base.Key Responsibilities* Lead category reviews, develop recommendations to drive growth for Mutti customers in line with strategies & objectives* Have a robust view on sector, category & consumer trends and can identify future opportunities and gaps* Support the sales teams to deliver the category story and unlock growth across a demanding customer base* Bring together shopper insights, market & retailer data to best understand & present the market & the consumer dynamics* Deliver agreed reporting schedule to retailer ensuring that range review recommendations, range change reviews and NPD performance tracking is all delivered in a timely manner that fits to retailer planning horizons* Work with the Marketing teams to create compelling category stories for branded innovation / listings* Support the development of shopper marketing plans / promo plans / NPD launches linking with key stakeholders throughout the process* Using your category insights to deliver shopper marketing tactic and executing instore to drive purchase* Ensuring the Mutti brand and product ranges standout in-store, utilising POS both in and out of aisle to inspire shoppers to purchase* Create a fully integrated shopper marketing campaign aligned to the UK marketing plans* Developing a strong and collaborative relationship with buyers and the retailer media agencies* Manage a trade marketing budget for maximum ROI and track performance against KPIsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a proactive professional who has successfully operated to at least Trade / Shopper Marketing Manager level within a branded FMCG Supplier. Candidates who have accelerated brand expansions and masterminded impactful shopper campaigns would be of high interest for this opportunity. Cross-functional experience in other marketing functions such as category, consumer insights or brand would be beneficial.
