As a key member of our Patient Accounts team, you'll be responsible for reconciling GE/IDX batches in the Cash Clearing System, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. With a competitive salary, flexible schedule, and comprehensive benefits package, we offer a supportive and rewarding work environment that's perfect for those looking to launch or advance their careers in healthcare.Key Responsibilities• Collection of all lockbox and EFT batches once posted on the GE/IDX system• Reconciliation of all payments posted in the GE/IDX system by all Patient Accounts Payment Posting Representatives to the individual deposits in the Cash Clearing System• Dispersing of payment batches appropriately once reconciled in Cash Clearing System• Maintaining all policy and procedures and participating in unit progress meetings• Reporting errors or problems that affect the ability to reconcile in the Cash Clearing System• Seeking guidance from Supervisor for unusual circumstances• Performing additional clerical duties and assignments as requestedQualifications and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you'll need:• A high school diploma or equivalent• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing (preferred)• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Computer proficiency in MS Excel and other commercial software• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and attention-to-detail skillsBenefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:• Career growth opportunities• Benefit eligibility (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life) the first of the month following 30 days of employment• 401K program (Discretionary matching funds available)• Generous personal time off• Eight paid holidays per year• Quarterly incentive plansWork Environment and CultureAs a remote team member, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
