As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities• Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the appropriate system.• Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).• Resolve all data entry-related exceptions.• Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.• Resolve Third-Party Rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.• Make phone calls to providers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections.• Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations.• Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate.Essential Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED.• Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print documents, and access information online).• Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.• 18 years old or older.Preferred Qualifications• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.• At least 1-2 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or nationally recognized certification agency.• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).• Fluency in Spanish and English.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
