You'll work closely with our production team to ensure efficient and safe production processes, maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements. If you're a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities* Blend defined quantities of designated raw materials into final dosage blends, adhering to strict manufacturing instructions and quality standards* Set up and operate equipment in blending operations, making minor adjustments as required* Verify scales, inspect production rooms and equipment for required state of safety and cleanliness, and stage materials needed to produce the batch* Blend ingredients using appropriate processes, time intervals, and equipment, and place blended materials in containers prepared according to instructions and SOP* Prepare and affix labels at various stages of the blend, weigh materials at various stages of the blending process to ensure accuracy of the blend, and record weights, processes, sample data, equipment, and other information required on appropriate paperwork* Prepare and submit samples to Quality Control Laboratory, adhere to line schedules, and accurately report production and ensure reports are completed as required* Assist maintenance personnel in set-up, adjustments, and equipment repairs as trained and instructed, and ensure that line conditions are acceptable to change from one product to another by ensuring that materials, paperwork, and equipment have been staged for changeover* Immediately stop line and notify Line Leader of any safety or quality concerns, document inspections performed, and keep accurate equipment records, clean-up sheets, and other required paperwork* Disassemble, clean, and reassemble basic line equipment according to SOPs, and ensure proper inspections are conducted prior to reassemblyEssential Qualifications* High School diploma or GED required* Preferred minimum of three to twelve months' experience under direct supervision and guidance in order to gain sufficient skill to perform the requirements of the position* Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems/variations involving standardized situations* Perform the basic functions of arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of all units of measure* Proficiency in direct compression blending processes and equipment* Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, and continuous improvement focused and quality orientedPreferred Qualifications* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment* Familiarity with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and environmental health and safety guidelines* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesCompetencies* Problem-solving: rigorously and systematically connects information, processes, and events by organizing divergent information and searching for common themes, patterns, and causal connections* Attention to detail/focus: is thorough and precise in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small* Follows processes consistently: shows concern for all aspects of the job by accurately checking processes and tasks, and carefully and accurately follows established procedures for completing work tasks* Composure: is cool under pressure, does not become defensive or irritated when times are tough, and is considered mature* Positive attitude/engagement: shows commitment/dedication and accountability in one's work, and follows through on all aspectsWork Environment and Culture* Our dynamic work environment provides unique experiences for employees to grow and develop* We're committed to creating a culture of innovation, quality, and patient-centricity* Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of patients worldwide* We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and developmentCompensationand Benefits* Competitive salary* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Opportunities for career growth and developmentHow to ApplyIf you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and productivity, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
