As a Bilingual HR Director, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual HR Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:*Employee Handbooks and Manuals: Develop, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.*CompensationModels: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits models that align with the company's goals and budget.*Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.*HR Technology Systems: Utilize and manage HR technology platforms for tracking employee data, performance, and benefits administration.*Compliance and Employment Law: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of international standards. Stay updated on labor legislation and advise the company on any necessary adjustments.*Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes.
