As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your language skills, customer service expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional results in a remote work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:• Developing knowledge of our systems and application trainings associated with policy processing• Responding to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts with supervision• Attending training and obtaining licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level• Providing input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes• Following procedures and continuous process improvement standard workRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)• Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)• Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)• Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and EnglishPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, having an active Property & Casualty license will receive a bonus of $250.00.Work Environment and CultureAs a remote work environment, you'll spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles). On occasion, you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
