If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to join us.Compelling Benefits Package• Competitive salary with earning potential up to $58,000.00 with a Class A CDL• Robust benefits plan, including 100% payment of employee healthcare, dental, and vision expenses• Employer-matched 401K plan for retirement savings• Product discounts and more!About the RoleAs a Beverage Delivery Technician, you'll be responsible for selling and distributing products on designated routes, developing and maintaining durable customer relationships, and ensuring accounts have product availability by filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.Key Responsibilities• Enhance revenue generation of designated accounts by increasing product sales, optimizing distribution, creating engaging displays, and implementing impactful marketing tactics• Sell and transport products to designated customers every day on a consistent basis• Merchandise and stock accounts according to CCBCHC standards• Transfer, modify, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as per accounts' demands• Verify accurate product, cash, and asset tracking every day• Employ efficient invoicing and collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances• Establish connections with account representatives and provide superior customer service to each account• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of all CCBCHC items and tools in assigned accounts• Ensure back room is maintained in a neat and orderly manner while effectively managing trade breakage for allocated accounts• Perform vehicle and load inspections as per CCBCHC guidelines to ensure compliance with safety requirements• Uphold CCBCHC's quality assurance standards in each account• Create a danger-free work environment for employee welfare• Develop and preserve respectful and supportive relationships with team members and customers• Monitor products, marketing tactics, and revenue metrics of competitors• Respect, follow, and strengthen all guidelines, regulations, protocols, and operational policies• Fulfill obligations within agreed timeframe to uphold promises made to customers and colleaguesRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Education and Experience• High school diploma or GED• At least 1-3 years of general work experience• Preferably, 1 year or more in commercial driving• Previous experience in working with consumer products or in a grocery store setting is a plus• Support positions will be given priorityTraining Requirements• New Hire Orientation• Interactive safety training and other vital safety courses• Annual training on workplace safety and drug-free environment• Proficiency in driving a truckPhysical Demands• Corporeal capabilities involving movement via walking, communicating through talk and active listening, and hands-on functionality for handling, touching, and utilizing objects• Good near-vision and ability to concentrate intently while operating a computer terminal• Lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing over 50 pounds, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching habituallyWork EnvironmentThe noise level within the workplace can be considered moderate due to the operation of manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment.
