Your key responsibilities will include providing online tool support for daily travel program requirements, escalation support, and general assistance for monthly reporting packages and ad hoc data required by contract. You will function as the key liaison between client management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity and interact with clients to support online special projects and day-to-day requests. Your analytical skills, customer relations skills, time management, and proficiency in GDS and online booking tools will be essential in this role.Key Responsibilities• Site management for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration of tool changes and initiatives with online fulfillment operations, online providers, and client technologies teams.• Liaising with online fulfillment and navigational office leadership regarding service, client specifics, continuity planning, and upcoming technical changes.• Monitoring online team phone and productivity standards achieved and maintained based on company and client goals.• Analyzing transaction types, fulfillment process, reject reasons, and technology options to reduce transactional touch.• Analyzing user requests and call-types to increase adoption and supporting clients in communication of goals and opportunities for online tool enhancement requests, new functionality testing, agency formatting requirements, and regional capabilities.• Maintaining relationships with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues and possessing thorough knowledge of SSO applications, tool integration, and information security standards.• Developing and conducting client seminars regarding online tools using online, self-directed, and in-person venues as applicable.• Reporting and following up on user issues and problem reports with the selected online booking tool and providing assistance to client online users of profile and online booking tools regarding access to tools, second-level support services, user questions, and individualized training.• Managing processes for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions, changes, and deletions in the online booking tool and profile databases.• Compiling and releasing Global Monthly scorecard results and supporting Global Document Delivery/Correx.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require a thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry, including knowledge of supporting Concur OBT from front and back end, CONNECT Portal, SABRE GDS experience, and Correx experience. You will also need extensive customer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
