Our sortation centers are designed to be safe and inclusive environments, and we are committed to providing our employees with the training and resources they need to succeed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Amazon Warehouse Worker – Night Shifts Available, your duties and responsibilities will include:• Receiving and sorting inventory, ensuring that packages are accurately scanned and processed• Getting customer orders ready for delivery, including sorting, scanning, and stacking packages on pallets• Utilizing technology such as scanners, computers, and handheld printers to process packages efficiently• Lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse• Going up and down stairs (where applicable) and working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)What It's Like to Work at an Amazon Sortation CenterOur sortation centers are fast-paced and dynamic environments that require a high level of energy and motivation.
