You will collaborate with Account Training & Delivery partners to optimize education touchpoints against the holistic vision of athlete education in your market and more broadly. You will work with Field Leadership teams, Store teams, and Retail Store Operations team as execution partners. The ideal candidate is a dedicated sport enthusiast, knowledgeable and relatable to all athletes, with a background in retail, and excellent presentation skills. These qualities have driven EKINs success for over 40 years, and they will continue to power Nike for the next 50.• Must have a deep passion for the NIKE brand and sports• Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience• 2 years of retail, sales, customer service, mentoring, or instructing experience. Experience with an event agency or large-scale special events preferred but not required• Demonstrated knowledge of the market as it relates to consumer trends, local market hot spots, and retail destinations• Ability to connect and inspire people, meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration• Positive and active presence on social media and across the digital world with experience in content creation and online storytelling• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time (including using your personal vehicle) and lift heavy objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou’ll help maintain brand consistency, build relationships, and deliver exceptional educational experiences, in Nike-owned stores, with key retail partners and the community.• Bringing key Nike business and brand stories to life in the marketplace as Nike’s product authority across multiple sports including Running, Soccer, Basketball, Training, and more• Leveraging marketplace expertise to develop locally relevant seasonal plans aligned with city or geo marketing teams• Leveraging your passion and position to strategically authenticate Nike brand stories in the marketplace• Creating experiential training sessions that energize Retail Associates in your market with effective tools that drive reach and impact across multiple formats including video, virtual and immersive in-person sessions.• Actively participate in the sports community.
