Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction.Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We're looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing oustanding customer service.Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pmPrimary Responsibilities Include• Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs• Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs• Main point of contact for field staff and customers• Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff• Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimizationAdditional Responsibilites• Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers• Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency• Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs• Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan• Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installersQualifications• HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred• Strong previous customer service experience• Able to work with very minimal supervision• Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential• Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor• Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task• Have strong computer and tech ability.
