We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships who shares the passion of being a great partner for their partners – someone who can help us grow our existing partner relationships, as well as develop new onesResponsibilities:• Identify, engage, and sign/close/onboard net new partners in our key partnership categories (tech, agencies, and consultants).• Nurture existing relationships with channel partners to generate SQL’s and opportunities for MGP on a regular and consistent basis• Drive new revenue opportunities through events, networking, and thought leadership opportunities• Drive partner marketing and evangelize customers in these channels• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify partners that enhance Power Digital’s value proposition• Overall partner program management, including partner certification and contract management• Communication of progress against goals to management and the company leadership team• Generate qualified referrals for partners, achieve KPIs, and drive revenue for identified service and solution partners through outbound and cross-sell activities to clients• Create exciting copy, event concept, and other top and lower funnel initiatives delivering value to our customers to facilitate referrals• Schedule events, discovery meetings and capabilities/product demos with partners along with introductions from partners• The role will provide growth and develop opportunities in the area of partnership management and partner relations / stakeholder engagement.• Achieve organizational goals, monthly quotas and objectivesRole Requirements:• 8+ years of experience in: the modern data stack, MMM, MMT, eCommerce, digital marketing, partnerships, SaaS sales, or channel/sales role• A proven ability to build a book, nurture existing clients and relationships, and upsell appropriately• An executive level presence in demeanor, poise, and tact• Previous training in formal or institutional sales training (such as Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.)• Strong follow-through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability• Strong written and verbal communication skills• This position requires a strong team player who has exceptional attention to detail, is resourceful, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative and drives projects forward• The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, under a managed deadline• Exhibits enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to work, contribute in a team environment• Salesforce experienceKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)• New Partner Acquisition (Sign 3 new partners per month, aligned with our ideal partner profile)• Build up to and maintain an active working pipeline of 10+ opportunities from partners• SQL's (goal = 15 per month)• Generate MGP of $45k+ each monthMost Important Things (MITs)• Always exude and demonstrate a “Growth Mindset”, looking for new and interesting ways to expand our partnership network.• Be a proactive communicator - both internally (across teams) and externally (with partners and prospects)• Demonstrate a sellers resilience and grit• Be capable of working both autonomously (to deliver as an individual contributor) and collaboratively (as part of the partnerships team)Benefits & Perks:• Base salary + commission opportunities• Robust Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans with up to 100% employer contribution towards employee monthly premium• 401(k) plan - 4% employer contribution matching• Unlimited Time Off available on day one• Up to 4 hours per quarter for paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) towards philanthropic endeavors• Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid• A one time $100 USD Work From Home (WFH) stipend automatically added to your first paycheck• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• 12 observed United States national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year• Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm• Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s)• Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance• Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
