This role is a unique opportunity to represent some of the world's most iconic brands within the Nutrition category, specifically partnering with one of our most strategic customers, Target.If you are driven by results, have deep national sales experience, understand the retail landscape, and thrive on aligning customer and company strategies for mutual growth, this is the role to make your mark.What You'll Do for Us:• Lead multi-year collaborative business planning with Target to execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and sales strategies for the Nutrition portfolio.• Develop and implement customer-specific Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Target, aligning with company objectives to achieve volume, revenue, and profit growth targets.• Understand Target's retail strategy and develop consumer-centric programs that contribute to sustainable, mutual growth.• Drive the national sales performance of Coca-Cola's Nutrition portfolio, including fairlife, Simply, Minute Maid, and other beloved brands.• Build and maintain influential senior-level relationships within Target's merchandising, supply chain, and operations teams.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while optimizing existing partnerships to deliver incremental volume, market share, and profitability.• Collaborate with Coca-Cola's Nutrition commercial leadership team and broker partners to strengthen sales capability and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).• Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and performance trends to inform strategic decision-making.• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Coca-Cola North America to deliver customer-specific plans that leverage the full portfolio and resources.• Manage stewardship routines with Target to ensure alignment and execution against mutually agreed plans and win-win outcomes.• Utilize syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and Target-specific insights to track execution, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.• Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.• 5+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.• Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic sales initiatives for a major national account.• Ability to develop and execute multi-year strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.• Demonstrated experience in high-level sales, negotiation, and persuasion with large retail customers.• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external business systems.• Adept at building strong, trust-based relationships with customer decision-makers and bottling partners.• Situational leadership skills with business acumen to create mutual, value-driven solutions.Additional Information:• Travel Required: 15-25%• Location: Bloomington Office (Minneapolis, MN)This is a high-impact opportunity to grow one of Coca-Cola's fastest-evolving portfolios by partnering with an iconic retailer.
