Description:We are outsourcing a supporting specialist based outside of Hong Kong to help with the daily operations of our website content and digital assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. As part of the Digital Content team supporting Hyatt Hotels in the Asia Pacific region, you will be involved in a variety of essential routine tasks that help maintain the smooth content operation of our hotels’ needs. It’s an ideal role for individuals who value consistency.Candidates for this supporting role should have experience learning different digital software, ideally content management systems. You will engage with a diverse group of stakeholders and colleagues, both regionally and globally. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in both English and Chinese. A good aesthetic sense is also essential for this position.The role will involve a mix of tasks performed under supervision and independent work across various content and asset management systems, as well as image editing software.Key Responsibilities:· Handle day-to-day website content requests through a central ticketing system· Support content updates on Hyatt platforms including hyatt.com, alilahotels.com, the World of Hyatt app and WeChat mini app· Assist in new website launches for hotels during pre-opening and transitional phases, collaborating with regional stakeholders to meet deadlines· Review assets to ensureadherence to our asset submission standards· Crop and upload images to ensure optimal framing· Ensure quality control of digital assets and maintain organized asset libraries· Facilitate cross-functional communications with stakeholders and manage turnaround times· Contribute to the documentation of best practices and processes· Conduct audits of hotel websitesQualifications:Education and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree· Experience in digital operations, project coordination, or related digital roles· Experience in image editing and a portfolio showcasing previous work· Prior experience working on projects requiring multiple languages· Prior experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentComputer Skills:· Basic knowledge of HTML, experience with content management tools and/or project management tools· Proficiency in image editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)· Knowledge of various file formats (print, digital, video) and media usage rights terminology· Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Requirements:· Quickly learn new systems and processes· Assess stakeholder needs and provide guidance in alignment with best practices· Act proactively and possess the ability to assist with troubleshooting effectively· Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese· Strong organizational and time management skills· Strong communication and customer service skills· Attention to detail and a creative eye for enhancing content· Good understanding of composition, color theory, and aesthetics· Experience in photography is a plus· Work both independently and collaborate as part of a teamPrimary Location: MY-10-Kuala LumpurOrganization: Regional Office - ASPACJob Level: Full-timeJob: MarketingReq ID: KUA003120Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
