We believe everything you do outside of work adds to who you are at work.This role is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the Phoenix OfficeAs a Database Marketing Analyst you’ll be central to marketing campaign success as you help target marketing strategy and continuous learning across AAA Marketing.Essential Functions• Leverages detailed technical expertise to create effective targets/ segments, conduct quality assurance and deliver high quality target marketing campaign list output that is consistent with AAA's Member experience guidelines.• Learns to become and expert at at using Marketing Automation and basic data manipulation tools. (e.g. Blue Venn, like Marketo or Unica)• Collaborates with Marketing, Analytics, IT and Vendor teams to monitor and augment the underlying marketing campaign database to enable deliver timely, accurate and measurable campaigns.• Provides consultative guidance and implements resulting Test & Learn strategies and tactics that help facilitate multi channel Test & Learn culture in MWG Marketing.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies and approaches to develop and maintain robust and accurate underlying marketing database infrastructure and produce timely and accurate marketing campaigns• Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner• Ability to work across different marketing areas to facilitate finalized marketing campaign specifications• SQL skills (preferred)Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification• Associate Degree in relevant field required; BA or equivalent preferred• 1-4 years experience in Database Marketing/ Marketing automation processes and tools (preferably in marketing environment)• 1 year experience in working with SQL type relational databases• 1-4 years experience effectively communicating and translating (written and verbal) business needs and requirements with technical colleagues and vendors• 1-2 years experience working with budgets, invoicing and payment processing#LI-OH1-
