At Leonardo.Ai, we are advancing our generative AI platform to empower millions, regardless of expertise, with intuitive tools for creating high-quality images and videos.The RoleWe’re looking for a Data Systems Analyst to ensure Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, enabling every team to move faster and make smarter decisions.You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, designing and governing how data flows through our systems to give a clear, unified picture of what’s really happening across our products and growth channels.We have a lot of data, but the challenge is increasing its clarity. With so many tools, tags, and tracking points feeding information into the business, this role brings everything together. You’ll ensure that what we measure is accurate and that what we report truly reflects our impact.When this role is at its best, Leonardo moves with greater speed and confidence. Metrics align, insights land quickly, and decisions feel effortless because the truth is visible to everyone.It removes friction for leadership and empowers teams to generate reliable customer data around the Leonardo platform, providing us with the clarity to plot our next move with precision.Over time, your work will shift us from looking back at what happened to using data to shape what happens next, turning clarity into momentum, and momentum into impact.What You’ll Do• Own Data Reliability: Validate and maintain the consistency of event data across tracking tools, enabling product, marketing, and research teams to trust their metrics.• Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure event tracking is implemented correctly, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Governance and Scalable Tracking: Define event naming conventions, metadata standards, and documentation to ensure tracking is scalable, auditable, and repeatable.• Diagnose and Fix Issues: Investigate discrepancies between systems (e.g. GA4 vs Heap) and identify where events have been misconfigured, duplicated, or excluded.• Enable Business Insights: Partner with data analysts and stakeholders to provide clean, validated data that supports accurate business metrics and performance tracking.Skills We Love• 3+ years working in analytics, marketing analytics, or data operations roles.• Solid understanding of event-based tracking and behavioural data models.• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.• Experience with tools such as Heap, LaunchDarkly, Braze, or similar.• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and reading event or tag implementation logic.• Excellent communicator who can clearly explain data logic to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Naturally organised, detail-driven, and proactive in maintaining data quality and documentation.Our Culture:• Inclusive Culture : We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
