On the job training is provided.Examples of Important Duties• Maintains professional customer service and support of best practices.• Conducts incident logging, categorization and prioritization of events triggered by internal and external customers and triggers from internally developed applications.• Assists with monitoring information systems for quality assurance.• Uploads and validates HCM staff information data into the EAM system within Montgomery County divisions.• Evaluates time (labor) reports by staff from the EAM system.• Tracks trends such as terminations, certifications, total updates, and labor tracking.• Assists with facilitation and training of staff and management on information systems.• Tests processes within the EAM system.• Performs varied data entry work involving some complexity and variety.• Accomplishes a variety of work with Microsoft Office Suite.• Provides help with troubleshooting support to end users.Minimum Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED• 3 + years Computer or Data Entry experience.• Experience using Microsoft Office applications involving Excel, Word, and Outlook• Typing speed 40 WPM• A valid driver's license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations.
