You'll also be responsible for triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff, providing excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conducting extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions.Required Qualifications*Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time.*Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.*Experiencein a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.*Excellent customer service and critical thinkingskills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.*High-speed internet access(25 Mbps or higher) and a consistent connection.*Work locationmust be set up with a direct connection to the router(not Wi-Fi).
