This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, carrying out KYC checks, and supporting anti-fraud and anti-cheating efforts.In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for Japanese-speaking users, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience while liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.
