As a CSC Trainer, you’ll play a key role in equipping our Customer Success Consultants (CSC) team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. You will help shape the future of customer engagement, foster professional growth, and enhance operational excellence—all within a supportive and innovative environment. The CSC Trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop instructional materials, and facilitate training sessions that enhance process adherence, operational efficiency, and overall team performance.What you’ll be doing:• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for Customer Success Team.• Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation.• Conduct training sessions via in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.• Assess and analyze training needs by working closely with CSC leadership and other key stakeholders.• Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to CSC team members to ensure process adherence and compliance.• Collaborate with all internal support departments to ensure training aligns with updated systems, policies, and regulations.• Assist in identifying process improvements and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Stay current on industry trends changes to keep training content relevant.• Document training activities and maintain training records for audit and compliance purposes.What you bring to the table:• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives at once.• Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.• Interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.• Experience in identifying and addressing skill gaps proactively.• Proficiency in customizing training programs to meet evolving requirements.• Drive for continuous improvement and process optimization.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives with minimal oversight.• Detail-oriented with proven organizational capabilities.What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in coaching, training, presenting, interacting with customers.• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training content.What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in a training or learning & development role.• Experience working with salesforce.• Professional certification in training• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.We Offer:• Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups• Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)• Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!• *For MA or Remote in US : It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
