Coordinator, Creative Marketing (Disney Entertainment Television)Job Summary:Hulu's Creative Marketing team (part of Disney Entertainment Television) is seeking a Coordinator, Creative Marketing to support the SVP, Creative Marketing and broader department. This role is a unique blend of administrative support and creative project coordination - ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited about building a career in entertainment marketing.The Coordinator will manage key administrative functions (scheduling, travel, expenses, meeting prep) while also helping track projects, liaise across Hulu Brands, Originals, DET brands, and support campaign execution. This position offers exposure to both the operational and creative sides of marketing, and the opportunity to grow with one of the most innovative creative marketing teams in the industry.Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support• Handle complex scheduling for the SVP and team, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.• Manage travel logistics and itineraries.• Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.• Support the SVP in meetings: take notes, track action items, distribute recaps.• Discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information.• Serve as a liaison with other assistants across Disney Entertainment Television.Creative & Project Coordination• Partner with producers, creative leads, and project managers to track deadlines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.• Coordinate with Brand, Originals, and Disney cross-company partners (strategy, social, PR, media, design) to ensure alignment.• Assist in the coordination of 360 campaigns (A/V, digital, social, print, OOH), ensuring documentation and communication flow smoothly.• Track upcoming Hulu Originals release schedules and ensure teams are prepared for launches.• Draft and distribute internal newsletters, creative highlights, and updates.Events & Meetings• Organize larger meetings and offsites (50+ attendees): secure spaces, create agendas, liaise with AV support, manage follow-ups.• Assist with team culture initiatives, events, and cross-department activations.• Facilitate access to screeners and rough cuts for leadership.Operations & Systems• Maintain department trackers, shared docs, and project management systems.• Assist in providing vendors with timely access and ensuring smooth collaboration.• Anticipate team needs, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.• 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally in entertainment.• Passion for film, television, and storytelling, with awareness of current industry and cultural trends.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.• Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaborator.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).• Positive, proactive, and resourceful 'can-do' attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.Preferred Qualifications• Previous experience in entertainment marketing, production, or creative development.• Exposure to working with talent, industry professionals, and creative agencies.• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and pursue continuous improvement.• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) Reference: ECNJOBID-66-249-70-103 in the application
