This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility for producing high-quality creative assets that support marketing, business development, internal communications, and thought leadership.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized, and creative professional with a passion for design and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign & Production:• Develop and produce collateral across digital, print, video, and event channels, including:• Reports, brochures, sales sheets, infographics, and programs• Print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, and email templates (HubSpot, Outlook)• Event materials such as pull-up banners, tablecloths, conference ads, and signage• Website graphics, digital assets, and interactive content• PowerPoint templates and custom slide decks for presentations and webinars• Logos, icons, and vector graphics• Edit and retouch photographs (e.g., headshots, marketing images)Brand Stewardship:• Maintain and evolve the CCS brand across all materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand book• Create templates in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite to increase efficiency and consistency across the firm• Source, organize, and maintain stock images, video assets, and CCS photographyCollaboration & Support:• Partner with Corporate Marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to fulfill design requests• Provide light training and support on design tools and templates for colleagues across the firmBonus Skills (Not Required):• Create video assets including animations, motion graphics, and templatesQUALIFICATIONSRequired:• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)• Strong PowerPoint design skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word• Demonstrated experience producing print and digital marketing collateral• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance multiple deadlines• Strong organizational and time management skills• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred:• Certifications in graphic design or related disciplines• Experience designing within HubSpot or other marketing platforms• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects CCS offers competitive benefits, a dynamic training program, resources, career advancement, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
