You'll collaborate with a passionate crew of makers, station leaders, and clients who believe that powerful storytelling is part creativity, part strategy, and all hustle.YOUR DAILY PLAYLIST• Lead the full video production process - from concept to final cut - for both internal and external campaigns.• Produce captivating video content for YouTube, social, digital, broadcast, and beyond.• Partner with ACCET leads, station collaborators, and brand strategists to craft purposeful content that speaks directly to targeted audiences.• Write scripts, shoot video, and edit projects ranging from short-form social reels to long-form branded narratives.• Repurpose and optimize news content for digital platforms to drive engagement.• Assist client services with commercial production projects as needed.• Contribute to live production and post-production, including motion graphics, field production, and asset management via Adobe Workfront.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STAGE• A creative spark and proven passion for visual storytelling.• 2+ years of professional experience in video content creation, production, and editing.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).• Strong camera operation and lighting skills that elevate your footage.• The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific storytelling strategies.• Flexibility to adapt to breaking news or weather events - including occasional early mornings or rotating Saturdays.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERSIn a world full of content, we don't create to fill time - we create to make an impact.
