Please review experience qualifications before applying.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Content Creator who’s not just here to make videos — but to make an impact.You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and producing short-form video content (primarily Reels and TikToks) that captures attention, drives engagement, and converts viewers into loyal customers. You’ll also track what works, analyze performance, and use that data to continuously improve our content strategy.Key Responsibilities• Record engaging behind-the-scenes content in the bakery, showcasing products, process, and brand story.• Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.• Stay on top of current trends, sounds, hooks, and editing styles to ensure content feels fresh and algorithm-friendly.• Identify what makes videos go viral — hooks, captions, transitions, pacing, text overlays, and emotional triggers — and apply those learnings to future content.• Create a content calendar and organize shoot days to maintain consistent posting.• Track analytics across platforms and prepare performance reports that break down metrics such as reach, engagement rate, watch time, and conversion impact.• Develop a system (such as a content tracker or spreadsheet) to log top-performing videos, captions, hashtags, and strategies for repeat success.• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to align creative concepts with business goals and upcoming product launches.• Repurpose user-generated content, influencer videos, and testimonials for multiple platforms.• Test and iterate creative ideas quickly — aiming for viral potential and measurable sales lift.Qualifications• Proven experience creating short-form video content for consumer brands (preferably food, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
