Overview: Kento Health is seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist - Clinical Content Lead to deliver high-quality patient care while also leading the creation and management of educational content. This unique role blends clinical expertise with patient education, content management, and social media outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical exercise physiology experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and a passion for educating patients. You will work closely with the clinical team to produce and manage educational materials, drive patient engagement, and help increase Kento's visibility through online platforms and events.Key Responsibilities:Direct Clinical Care (~50%):• Deliver personalized exercise physiology care, including patient assessments, creating individualized exercise and rehabilitation plans, and providing ongoing support.• Monitor patient progress and adjust exercise programs to optimize outcomes and patient safety.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.• Lead group exercise and education sessions, either in-person or virtually, helping patients understand the importance of physical activity and lifestyle modifications in their health journey.Patient Education & Content Management (~50%):• Create, curate, and manage educational content (written, video, infographics) to inform and empower patients on topics like exercise, rehabilitation, and overall health management.• Collaborate with the clinical head to produce engaging, accurate content for a range of audiences-patients, caregivers, and the broader community.• Leverage strong writing and communication skills to produce clear, relatable educational materials, whether it's social media posts, blog articles, patient guides, or instructional videos.• Organize and lead patient education programs, webinars, and events (both in-person and virtual) to expand outreach and patient engagement.• Drive Kento's visibility and online presence by sharing clinical program content through social media and other digital platforms.• Update and maintain content in the content management system (CMS) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to best practices.• Suggest new content ideas, based on patient feedback and emerging clinical trends, to ensure materials are up-to-date and engaging.Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field.• Minimum of 3 years of clinical exercise physiology experience, with a strong focus on patient education.• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear, engaging educational materials.• Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and video content creation.• Ability to design, deliver, and manage patient education programs and group classes (both online and in-person).• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to increase online engagement.• Certifications in clinical exercise physiology (e.g., ACSM) preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year.Personal Attributes:• Strong communication and teaching abilities, with the ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for patients.• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for producing high-quality educational content.• Technologically adept, with the ability to learn and use new platforms for content creation, management, and social media outreach.• Collaborative team player who can work closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve patient education goals.
