Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, they bring market insights and strong business cases to demonstrate ROI.Targeting Global Heads of Benefits and Chief People Officers, the role involves navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships across stakeholder groups. It requires strategic selling, close collaboration with Client Relationship Directors, and smooth handover from prospect to client.
