Our conduct is guided by and grounded in the Bible, as reflected in our Statement of Faith below.What we are looking for:A driven and mission focused sales professional residing in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI to represent and promote Prison Fellowship at conferences, meetings and other events to get churches to register for our Angel Tree program and serve children of the incarcerated in their communities. Applicant must live in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI but the full region will also cover KY and MO).Expectations of this role:• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions• Employ expert level "sales" skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the Angel Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children within their territory• Manage the resourcing and execution of all Angel Tree recruitment events and registrations within areas of need• Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of Angel Tree Christmas implementation• Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goalsQualifications:• 3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role• 3+ sales related/territory experience• Must reside in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI• Experience with or knowledge of Celebrate Recovery preferred• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce• Ability to learn new technology as needed• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds• This is a remote/work from home position with an up to 50% travel component mostly in the region, and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirementsWhat we offer:At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees.
