About the RoleAs a Brightline Community Based Therapist you will:• Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan• Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care• Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care• Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and proceduresAbout YouAs a Brightline Community Based Therapist you should have:• A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision• Availability to provide care within Brightline's peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 6 hours/week [Example schedule: Mondays (2pm - 6 pm), Thursdays (6pm - 8pm)]• At least 3 years of experience practicing independently (without supervision)• Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidence-based practices for youth• Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video settingBenefits and PerksWhy join Brightline as a Community Based Therapist?• Role Specifics: At Brightline, scheduling, malpractice insurance, and billing so that you’re able to do what you do best—delivering excellent care to members.• Case Collaboration and Support: As a Community Based Therapist at Brightline, you'll be supported by an Oversight Lead (OWL) for care consultations and receive assistance from our Operations and Member Support Team Malpractice Insurance• Flexible Hours: Enjoy the flexibility of curating your schedule within Brightline's peak hours (2pm - 8pm)• Cohesive Systems and Tools: Access our secure browser and intuitive tools designed to seamlessly integrate into your workflow, empowering you as a Community Based Therapist at Brightline.• Training Opportunities - Expand your skills and knowledge with training opportunities, including cultural competency training through our partnership with Violet, as well as additional Brightline trainings in areas like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and PMT (Parent Management Training)• This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The target range for this position is $80 - $100 per 55 minute session.
