We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with a create your own schedule option! If you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are eager to make a difference in the autism community, we encourage you to apply!Position Overview: As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).• Meet with clients remotely or through telehealth as needed for assessments, meetings, and training• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.Benefits:• Flexible scheduling and caseload options, including part-time and hybrid opportunities (telehealth when appropriate).• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits available for full-time employees.• Paid time off (including sick leave) and paid holidays.• Free supervision and CEUs.• Growth opportunities within the company with a clear path to roles like Associate Clinical Director.• Job stability – 6 years with no layoffs.• Competitive salary:• Full-time: $80,000 - $88,000/year (based on experience and availability)• Part-time: $45 - 48/hr.• Expected full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (create your schedule between these hours)Location: Serving clients in Orange County, San Fernando Valley, and South Los Angeles, CaliforniaWhy Developmental Pathways?Join a team that values work-life balance, career development, and making a real impact.
