Join us and see what Hulugan life is all about.• Will be relocating to Burbank in December 2025*SUMMARYHulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Media who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Acquisition team. You will be responsible for helping to build, strategize and execute go-to-market media plans and creative strategy across a number of growth initiatives. The right person for this role is passionate not only for media and TV, but also growing our subscriber base. The individual in this role finds success in collaborative environments, and enjoys working with both internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver results.RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO• Assist Subscriber Acquisition media strategy team with all aspects of planning including: budget management, development of media plans, establishing and evaluating KPIs/benchmarks, and monitoring and assessing performance• Leverage Hulu’s MMM, campaign reporting, consumer insights and other data inputs (including audience insights, viewership trends, competitive intel, etc.) to help build strong go-to-market recommendations• Support Creative Strategy team to build campaign support calendars, develop creative briefs, brainstorm new executions, partner with campaign managers, and lead legal approvals/routing on behalf of the team• Support asset trafficking, taxonomy and day-to-day campaign management across core acquisition marketing channels (including Affiliate, Devices, Digital Direct, Programmatic, Social, Search and YouTube)• Manage team budgets and own end-to-end billing and reconciliation processes, including requesting POs, uploading monthly invoices and leading monthly budget actualization process• Stay up-to-date with media and industry trends, potential new channels and partners, and key attribution and data/privacy updates• Support key executive reporting by pulling daily and weekly data across Hulu key metrics, including acquisition, top content viewed, engagement, etc.WHAT TO BRING• 3+ years digital media planning experience• Experience running performance and direct-response campaigns• An understanding of acquisition strategy and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses• Knowledge of digital marketing creative best practices• Effective communication and presentation skills• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment• Flexibility, proactiveness and collaborative team player mentalityNICE-TO-HAVES• Entertainment industry experience• Media agency experienceEDUCATION REQUIREMENTsBA or BS degree.The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
