Sephora is embarking on the development and launch of their own Retail Media Network: creating new value exchanges for our Brand partners and accelerating ad monetization growth on owned and operated platforms. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting campaign management activities such as campaign set up, documentation creation and maintenance, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You’ll identify and implement optimizations, build client decks and status documents, and attend client meetings as the face of our digital media plans. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues with platforms when they arise to find solutions. You’ll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Brand Media, Tech, Product, and Site Merchandising.As Assistant Manager, Retail Media Network, you will:• Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution.• Help steward best-in-class program execution through strong attention to detail.• Management of campaign briefing and intake.• Validation of budgets, targeting, creative assets, product selection and campaign onboarding.• Assisting in the development of program strategies and analyses for clients• Support for performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations• Identify operational improvements of our integrated products and ensure they meet activation needs for both existing and new business use cases.• Partner with external agencies and vendors.• Own billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and Agency teams.• Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and InitiativeWe’re excited about you if you have:• 2-4 years of hands on experience with performance marketing and or cloud products• PromoteIQ platform experience preferred• Working knowledge of Ad Ops (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement• Ability to understand high level marketing KPI’s and how they are driven and reported• Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an exceedingly fast paced environment• Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects• Superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions• Experience using buying platforms; for example, developing audiences, segments, goals• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, and experience with integrated data systems• Prior experience working with clients in Ecomm or Omni Retail preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong project management skills• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environmentThe annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
