The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role plays an important part in supporting mentorship programs, continuing education, and daily departmental operations.Job Responsibilities• Manage scheduling for interpreting assignments, mentorship program meetings, and CEU training sessions.• Provide excellent customer service by fielding phone calls and assisting visitors.• Draft, send, and track emails regarding Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates.• Print, organize, and maintain CEU-related files.• Process mentorship applications, create assignments, and monitor compliance requirements for mentees.• Schedule and coordinate mentor/mentee meetings.• Assist with organizing and supporting online CEU courses.• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support ASL operations.Job Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.• Prior administrative or office support experience.• Strong communication skills (written and verbal or signed).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.• Comfortable working under pressure and asking questions when clarification is needed.Preferred Skills• Familiarity with American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf Culture.• Experience in scheduling, event coordination, or educational program support.• Strong customer service orientation.• Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.Pre-Employment ScreeningAll candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening.
