Meet the needs of end users within the assigned business unit. Assigned to multiple or complex technologies. Develop requirements, document SOP’s and maintain workflows. Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Provide training and guidance to staff.Unique Job Description:• Work closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to support interfaces.• Manage integration enhancements, document requirements, execute testing through implementation.• Working with the interface group to diagnose and resolve interface-related issues and participating in their projects as needed. Provide business use analysis as needed• Diagnosing and tracking integration/data issues/problem• Interpreting vendor documentation and writing detailed user stories that describe user needs or program functions• Support for internal teams with usage guides, training, troubleshooting and other technical assistance• Drive day-to-day execution of the overall integration process, leading change management to ensure that integration plans remain relevant and are being well executed• Ensure effective management of stakeholder communications, track and report against objectives and success measures, during integration execution, at regularly defined intervals to internal management• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned, into updated integration processes and tools for application on future integrations• Support for internal teams with usage guides, training, troubleshooting and other technical assistance• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets, Data Analysis and Visualization, Macros; Graphs, Charts, PowerPoint, Access Database. Oracle, Power Automate, Webi, PowerBI.• Maintain solid relationships within Finance and with cross-functional peersScope: Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying technical knowledge. Technical knowledge base acquired from several years of experience in particular area. Work independently and may instruct or coach other professionals.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree required.Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.Management Experience: N/ASkills & Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team. Ability to be 24-hour on-call during period of major disaster.Travel: Travel may be required.• Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).PAY INFORMATION:The starting annual salary range for this position is $80-90K. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
