The Airline Business team (ALB) is seeking a new colleague as Airline Account Manager (all genders) for the LATAM region. This is a hybrid position, possible in the following locations: Germany or Uruguay.• You manage accounts for our H1/X1-Air customer products, create statistics, business cases and sales analysis and evaluate resolutions to increase turnover• Engage and become a trusted business partner with assigned airline accounts• Review contracts, ensure commercial and content accuracy with customer• Customer presentations on account analysis, performance and improvements• You plan and coordinate customer implementations on an interdisciplinary level, including fare filing, mapping, scheduling, data & required documentation, and work with different hosting system providers• Coordinate respective customer marketing and communication activities• You take ownership of sales reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving any discrepancies• You proactively address and resolve incoming claims and refund requests related to irregular operations• Alignment with Sales Managers, settlement issues with Business Analysis and collaboration with Team Coordinator• Cross-departmental collaboration and support internal departments with H1X1 product customer related inquiries• Work in collaboration with Head of ALB• You have university degree in the fields of Aviation, or Business Administration• You have minimum of 5 years work experience in the aviation or travel industry in a similar position• You have good knowledge of conventional GDS systems (preferably Amadeus)• You work with precision and pay attention to details• You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills• You are highly customer focused with great problem solving skills• You prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to handle multiple accounts• You are proficient with MS Office applications• Business fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is beneficial• Great Employer: kununu Top Company (4.4 out of 5 stars) for the third year in a row• Salary Plus: You receive 13 monthly salaries, various allowances (for lunch, savings, pension schemes and childcare) and extra shopping credit.
