Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized cohost/cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth vacation experience. You will remotely oversee a team of VAs who maintain 24/7 presence on the Airbnb platform to answer guest questions, making sure they are providing correct information to guests.You‘re job will require in-person attention to detail in preparing the apartments and excellent communication skills will help set the tone for their New York City Dream vacation and enhance customer satisfaction.Duties• Maintain cleanliness and organization of four separate apartments on the same street, including two units in one Multi-family house.• Some interior decoration tasks• Maintain the front-of-house area, including patio and driveway• Maintain cleanliness of back yard, including weeding, raking and inspecting cleaning and organizing outdoor furniture• Responsible for indoor cleaning duties in all the units, including floor care, to ensure a pristine environment for guests.• Collaborate with existing Virtual assistants to determine problematic issues that need attention• Collaborate and communicate with handymen to address any problems in the properties• Drive to property outside of ordinary hours to help a guest if needed• Support the team with additional tasks such as updating and upgrading property listingsRequirements• Previous cleaning experience a must!• Familiarity with cleaning practices, including floor care techniques,• showcasing your ability to maintain cleanliness in various environments and have extreme attention to detail.• Must reside within a 10-mile radius, have a car and be able to get to job site within 20 minutes and also in case of emergency• Must have experience using airbnb platform and other STVR platforms such as VRBO, BOOKING.COM, preferably as a cohost rather than just traveller• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.• Bilingual in Spanish a plus• fluency in multiple langues a plusJob Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 21 per weekBenefits:• Employee discount• Flexible schedule• Opportunities for advancementExperience:• Cleaning and Cohosting : 2 years (Required)Shift availability:• Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:• West New York, NJ 07093 (Required)Ability to Relocate:• West New York, NJ 07093: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
