Push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and apply them to your work, ensuring WRITER maintains its competitive edge.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other researchers to transform research into tangible evaluation metrics and product features, driving real-world impact.• Develop and optimize models: Research, build, and train AI models, with a particular focus on large language models. Ensure efficient and effective model development using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.• Contribute to publications: Participate in the publication of high-impact research papers and represent WRITER at top-tier conferences and industry events.• Ensure ethical application: Maintain a strong focus on the ethical implications of AI and ensure that all research and development aligns with best practices.⭐️ Is This You?• Advanced LLM applied research: Experience fine-tuning agentic models to improve their performance and utility.
