Job Description:• Serve as the first point of contact for emails and general inquiries and manage audience engagement resources• Maintain internal resource pages and regularly update content on the department's public website ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding and legislative priorities• Maintain up-to-date contact lists of partner organizations, coalitions, and key stakeholders for campaign outreach and assist with data entry and contact management in CRM software• Support logistics for advocacy events such as rallies, hearings, lobby days, and press conferences and provide logistical support for press conferences, congressional meetings, Border Immersions, and other events• Help coordinate meetings with legislators, coalition partners, and community allies and assist in coordinating organizational and individual sign-on letters in support of legislative or policy initiatives• Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person advocacy events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, technical setup, and post-event communications• Assist with coordination of travel and event logistics for Border Immersions, DC fly-ins and church-focused events and support advocacy staff in scheduling appointments and booking travel• Maintain and manage an internal calendar of lobby reporting deadlines and assist in preparation of quarterly reports• Assist in budget tracking and preparation of grant documents and coordinate with the development team to manage grant proposal deadlines and reporting requirements• Collaborate with Marketing or Knowledge Management teams to ensure visual and functional consistency across external and internal webpages• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the Home Office Advocacy teamRequirements:• Mature and personal Christian faith• Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief• Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities• Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document• A person of integrity who is deeply committed to valuing people and partnership from a wide variety of cultures• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English• Experience with budgeting or financial tracking in a nonprofit or office setting• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database/CRM systems• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Highly collaborative, team-oriented and mission-minded• Comfortable using SharePoint for cross-team communication and document management (preferred)• 1-2 years' experience with advocacy or non-profit organization (preferred)• Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms to track tasks, campaigns and deadlines (preferred)• Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (preferred)• Experience using and creating Pivot tables (preferred)Benefits:• World Relief offers a competitive benefits package and employee discount program for full-time and part-time employees.• Gold-level Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation for exceeding the core components of our well-being program including leadership and culture, program foundations and execution, and whole person health.• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
