JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALISTLocation: Los Angeles, CADivision: Ticketmaster North AmericaLine Manager: Sr. Director, Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableContract Terms: Full time, hourly, non-exempt, 40 hours/week.THE TEAMThe Ticketmaster North America Accounts Receivable group manages all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function for the US and Canada business units. This includes processing invoices, collecting outstanding balances from clients, applying cash payments to open invoices, preparing reports for internal stakeholders and management, and maintaining audit-ready schedules.THE JOBThe Billing Lead is responsible for ensuring that client invoices are generated promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounts receivable with excellent communication skills. The role will act as a liaison between the AR and various operations teams and will coordinate billing for various marketing and pricing services offered to Ticketmaster clients.
