The Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. The Account Manager will position Infor Cloud ERP Cloud Suite Public Sector and Operations & Regulations (Licensing and Permitting, Utility Billing, Asset Management) in complex enterprise SLED & Utilities markets.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:• Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.• Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.• Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.• Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.• Generate 5x pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement. Basic Qualifications:• Experience selling ERP products into Public Sector.• Experience selling Licensing and Permitting, Utility Billing, Asset Management.• Experience establishing and managing relationships at all levels of an organization.• Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.• Experience developing business relationships to drive sales.• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. · Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.• Experience working with large enterprise business processes.• Willingness to Travel up to 50%.• Experience selling into SLED or Utilities industry.• Experience in MEDPICC Sales Strategies.• Northeast and Central for the US Remote role.AboutInfor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
