The Account Manager is responsible for claims management and submission of claims for the assigned clients.Duties Include:• Working one-on-one with assigned clients. Communicating by email, phone, and virtual meetings.• Ensuring that each piece of documentation uploaded and used for pre-authorization or billing purposes is audit ready. Guiding offices when documentation is lacking medical necessity.• Ensuring each office assigned is actively uploading cases and billing for medical billing for reimbursement.• Working closely with managers to continue to look for opportunities to expand processes and increase client retention.• Alerting managers when policy and procedure changes occur at medical payers.• Helping client with VOBs, pre-authorizations and claim follow-up as needed.• Attending events and providing dental offices with information about Vivos billing services.• Prior experience in office administration (Medical or Dental Office, Front Desk, Office Manager, billing service company)• Experience processing medical and dental claims• Medical Billing License is a plus• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Customer Service backgroundThis is a remote position located in CO and requires 20% travel to Denver.Competitive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, PTO.Vivos Therapeutics' mission is to rid the world of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
