[ad_1]About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to lead our dynamic Surety team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.Key Responsibilities Include• Serve as strategic point of contact for client; Conduct and coordinate client services.• Build and maintain effective and sustainable relationships with clients on an enterprise-wide basis; Work in the best interest of the client and the company to secure appropriate compensation for the company.• Review book of business production reports and account receivable (A/R) reports for accuracy upon receipt, delegate follow up accordingly• Cultivate local carrier relationships to support company visibility and credibility in the construction surety marketplace.• Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting appetites and contacts and recommend appropriate markets for client programs• Analyze client risk profile and develop marketing strategy with the team and client• Compile and/or approve complete and accurate large project and program submissions and deliver to underwriters; Provide timely responses to underwriter submission inquiries• Supports team in response to requests for proposals (RFP)• Identify the surety needs of clients and prospects.
