You will play a key part in helping families understand their child's academic needs and recommending tutoring programs that align with those goals. Your communication and relationship-building skills are critical.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new leads for K-12 academic tutoring and SAT/ACT test prep• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to prospective customers.• Cultivate and convert warm leads pipeline to sales.No cold calls.• Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best tutoring and test prep solutions for individual students.• Effectively communicate the value of our services and overcome objections to close sales• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention• Collaborate with the tutoring team to ensure seamless delivery of services to students• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or related field preferred• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education or related field• Strong understanding of K-12 education systems, learning challenges, and enrichment opportunities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment• Strong organizational and time management skills• Passion for education and helping students succeed• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite,CRM software, and other sales tools• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule effectivelyWork Environment & ScheduleThis is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule. You'll work from home, engaging with families via phone, email, and video conferencing.
