Job Posting Title: ABC Hulu Drama Intern, Spring 2026Req ID: 10130620Job Description:About the Role & Program The ABC Hulu Drama team oversees all primetime scripted drama series development and currently airing drama series on ABC, as well as the development and production of all original dramas for the Hulu platform. ABC’s current dramas include “Grey’s Anatomy,” “High Potential,” “9-1-1,” “9-1-1: Nashville,” “The Rookie,” and “Will Trent.” Some examples of Hulu Original Programming include “Tell Me Lies,” “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “Paradise,” “The Dropout,” “Under the Bridge,” and upcoming drama “All’s Fair.”The Hulu ABC Drama team collaborates with best-in-class talent and artists of all kinds to transform their idea/concepts into fully shot episodes. We hear pitches, read incoming script submissions, and give feedback on projects we’ve bought to develop and series that are airing/streaming. We also work closely with other internal teams and departments such as Legal/Business Affairs, Casting, Marketing, Public Relations, and our Studio partners to bring TV shows to life.This is a full-time internship, and the approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026. If selected for this internship, you will report directly to the Drama Coordinators. A cover letter indicating your interest in the ABC Hulu Drama Intern, Spring 2026 is required.What You Will DoResponsibilities include but are not limited to:• Supporting Assistants with grids, project tracking, some calendar scheduling and phones, Microsoft Teams and in-person meeting setups, Airtable database updates, and general daily administrative tasks.• Supporting the Coordinator in various administrative tasks and department wide projects and tracking.• Reading scripts, writing coverage and engaging in/consuming and tracking various forms of media that could be of interest to the development team, including but not limited to podcasts, television series, movies, novels, comic books, web series, social media personalities, documentaries, articles, etc.• Distribution of various documents and media internally.Required Qualifications & Skills• Experience using Google Suite and MS Office Suite, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Airtable experience welcome.• Previous internship experience within a related field.• A strong interest in scripted television and learning the process intricacies of development and current creative and production.• Strong attention to detail, takes pride in and ownership of their work.• Responsible, dependable, and organized with excellent communication/writing skills.• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments by deadline.• Comfort with and enthusiasm for a fast-paced work environment.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in covering phone lines for executives and/or senior leadership.• Knowledge of current series on ABC, Hulu, and other platforms/networks.Education• A student studying in their senior year of undergrad preferred.Eligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.• Be at least 18 years of age• Possess unrestricted work authorizationAdditional Required Documents• A cover letter indicating your interest in the ABC Hulu Drama Intern, Spring 2026 position is required.Additional Information• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026.• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program.
