The Role

This role will give you a challenging opportunity to contribute to an innovative data product as a Data Operations Engineer of our core engineering team. You will be joining our highly productive engineering team, thriving work culture through individual growth, well-being, strong ethics, and entrepreneurial approach.

You will be involved in maintaining and monitoring a steady stream of data pipelines to enable the analytics team to build accurate models, as well as contribute to building an operationally solid foundation for Streamhub's new data platform and applications that sit on top of that for reporting and data analysis purposes.

You have

  • Solid experience in supporting complex data pipelines with technologies like Airflow, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience in operationally maintaining Kubernetes cluster.
  • Experience in working with microservices.
  • Proven experience handling data security and privacy issues, and guiding the company through compliance standards and processes.
  • Developed and maintained security monitoring, logging, and auditing.
  • Experience in working with scripting languages - Python/Ruby
  • Experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS.
  • Managed infrastructure as code with technologies like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience in distributed systems and cluster computing
