As a key member of our marketing team, you will provide brand management support and assist with the implementation of marketing, events, advertising, and promotional strategy for the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic non-profit organization that is dedicated to making international education a reality for all students.Key Responsibilities* Assist with content and creative development of print and digital materials/collateral used for marketing and promotional purposes* Assist with the design and development of materials with brand fidelity using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite* Update content on the IFSA website and associated directories* Participate in strategic communication projects from planning through to production and delivery* Event (virtual and in-person) support and logistics as assigned - scheduling, packing, shipping, securing space, set up* Content management and photo/video cataloging on PhotoShelter and IFSA YouTube channel* Edit and work with external vendors to curate our photography and videography assets* Maintain a thorough understanding of IFSA product-specific messaging and brand guidelines* Support IFSA email communications with content, design, and layout* Work/manage external vendors as needed* Other projects and responsibilities, as assignedRequirements, Work Experience, and Education* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field preferred* Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, event management and organization experience is preferred* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills* Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to set priorities under pressure* Must be a creative-minded self-starter who can multi-task well, with excellent time management skills* Ability to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships, ability to work cross-functionally to advance progress toward and achieve goals* Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and solve problems* Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary* Must be proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with design for print and electronic media required* Social media and website content management experience.
