Scalesforth is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, making it ideal for female students looking to gain valuable experience while pursuing their studies. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and organize company files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution (female students preferred).
